Introduction
This is a music video for the band Mister Marshall, a folk rock Band led by Javier Vidal. The song of the video is "Sombras en el mar", a promo for the band's new album "Acto I. Exterior Noche". The core concept of the video is the interaction between very different people with different characters, how they evolve with time. We used the visual reference the last supper to illustrate that although people change, somethings never do. As the song says "Whatever happens, nothing ever happens" All the actors are childhood friends together with the singer of Mister Marshall.

"Sombras en el Mar es un videoclip para el grupo Mister Marshall, una banda de folk rock liderada por Javier Vidal. El concepto sobre el que se basa el vídeo son las interacciones entre personas con distintos caracteres que conforman un grupo social y como evoluciona en el tiempo, por eso elegimos el cuadro de Leonardo da Vinci, La última cena, como punto de partida visual, por la posibilidad de usar las posiciones y gestos con un significado distinto. Todos los actores son amigos entre ellos y con el cantante de Mister Marshall.
Time & Relations
Relationships and different positions on the table are directly linked to the main actor, who is the leading figure in the video. Using the painting by Leonardo da Vinci as a starting point, we arranged the actors following the relationships of the apostles and how da Vinci placed them in the picture. Then the actors themselves develop the main scene, recorded in five different cuts.
La situación y las relaciones de los personajes en la mesa están directamente relacionadas con el actor protagonista del video. Basandonos en la obra de Leonardo da Vinci como punto de partida, colocamos segun sus parecidos con los apostoles y coo Da Vinci los coloca en el propio cuadro. Desde ahí ellos desarrollan la acción de la escena principal, rodada en cinco tomas.

The still life scenes help to situate the accion geographically as well as the cultural background, reflecting specific moments with strong compositions and visual meaning.

Traditions
A game based on football, "el bofegol" is one of the traditions of this group of friends and is incorporated to the video using as reference Goya´s painting "Tres de mayo" to show the winners and the loosers.

The portraits are moments that expose the character's personality, who they are and how they interact with the rest of the group. They also depict their vices and virtues.
Los retratos son momentos que reflejan la personalidad de los personajes, su forma de ser y de actuar con el grupo, cada uno de ellos tiene su aparición o momento.
