Re-exploring a cheesy tourist town

As everyone in their 20s is wont to do, I often complained about anything that was too mainstream. This translated into my choice of travel destinations, and nearby Niagara Falls was everything I didn't want - hoardes of tourists, blinding lights, motel strips, mammoth developments, and washed-up entertainers playing in a casino, right beside a natural wonder.

Then my 30s came along, nostalgia kicked in, and the things I detested quickly became the things that fascinated me the most.

This is my ongoing document of a city made for tourists.
