Prologue
Typology refers to many definition ın dictionaries and most known is that; “a system used for putting things into groups according to how they are similar : the study of how things can be divided into different types.”.They are two photographers (couple) intersted in typological photography and they are Bernd and Hilla Becher. They are best known for their extensive series of photographic images, or typologies, of industrial buildings and structures.They also has influenced a very famous photographers like aurenz Berges, Andreas Gursky, Candida Höfer, Axel Hütte, Simone Nieweg, Thomas Ruff.
We can still feel their inspiration in everywhere like social media, photographers or people who love taking photograph are getting into typological photographs. They only use people’s stuff and gather them around and take a photograph but they did it in a system most of them rely on golden ratio.
In our country, we didn’t see a lot of examples of that therefore ı start to take a photographs about people’s fıve important things in their life’s and I named that series “starting line-up’s”.This project aims that showıng people’s personality and define how theır lıfe style is.
