Chain Reaction is the brain child of Kristin Fairchild, Pensacola-based teen coach, mentor and Auburn graduate. As the second recipient of the Brands On Us™ program, Chain Reaction was awarded nearly $100,000 in services for organization development, coaching, brand development and marketing communications materials. 

Not wanting to limit herself to the description of “Volunteer Center,” Kristin struggled with how to properly define her organization, and the impact it made in the community. Through our Branding from the Core® process, we helped Kristin get clarity around Chain Reaction as a “Teen Leadership Institute.” 

Chain Reaction is a teen discovery center, where teens gather to learn and develop together, through community service projects they pioneer, launch and manage. Here, teens are in control of their destiny, learning from each other and through projects that improve our local community. Even more than simply helping teens discover their signature strengths, Chain Reaction’s ultimate mission is to impact the community through teen mentorship, reduce high school drop-out rates and improve leadership skills, to name a few. As a result of the Brand On Us Initiative, Chain Reaction launched its 2014 membership year with a brand new logo, new photography, television ad and website.
