VHS Jewelry
This project arises as an exploration of VHS cassettes and how to dignify an obsolete product that lies forgotten in the trash cans or closets inside our house.
Voltera comes to life when placed on the body, the tape modules rotate and adapt to the user's body. By highlighting the undulating curls, color and natural shine of this material, we move away from the initial use and context of this product, transforming it into a piece of jewelry.
