I always loved this movie, a sci-fi masterpiece, one of the best film of Ridley Scott and, in my opinion, one of the few times that a film series maintains a very high quality level.

The Ridley Scott's Alien is based on psychological themes, among hidden fears and Freudian symbols.
Perhaps the highlight is reached in the final sequence, so I chose this one as subject for my illustration: while she is preparing to enter stasis, Ripley discovers the Alien has hidden in a fetal position aboard the shuttle; she wants to propel it out but she has to find the courage to wake him up.
