Omikuji is born from japanese traditions.
During some of the most important religious festivity, japanese people go to shintoist or buddhist temple to draw the fortune telling paper (called omikuji) from a box.
If an unlucky omikuji is picked, the paper gets tied to a bamboo branch near the temple, in order to metaphorically keep the person away from misfortune, but what if a lucky omikuji is drawn and the fortunate person wants to keep it close to self?
Omikuji is a pendant designed to absolve this task, made of the same bamboo that is found near japanese temple, it is conceived to carry little amulets inside it, to have your luck nearby when it comes in handy.
