Kobanê town of West Kurdistan which has been under attack by the ISIS gangs for a long time, clashes continue between the YPG (People’s Protection Units) and ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and al Sham) gangs. Thousands of peopele migrated to Suruç which is a city closed the border between Syria and Turkey. People are staying in tents. Turkish government and society do not care about these refugees because they are Kurdish people. The Ypg and PKK are sisters and for 30 years, PKK ( Workers' Party Of Kurdistan) and Turkish government are in a low intensity war. Eventhought, IS declarate if they could take Kobane they do a massacare against Kurdish people, Turkist society denies to help Kurdish people.

 

Last weekend my friends and I went to Suruç which is 35 km far from Kobane. We stayed in the closed village(Mahser) to Kobane. It was impossible to find someone 20-30 years old in Suruç and the village. We talked with losts of Kurdish families live in Turkey. All of the young guys join the YPG and families waiting for them in front of the border by sitting to stones which you can see in the first photo. 

 

The life has been stoped in Kurdish part in Turkey. Kurdish party and municipalities work for the villagers and refugees. Unfortunatelly there is no young people and there ise no support from Turkish people....
