A campaign that "blows you away"
Earlier this year in the Swedish capital, Stockholm.
An interactive advertising board to promote a brand of shampoo was placed in the underground stations of the city. Everytime a metro passed, the wind blew in the hair of some stunning models.
"No more flakes when using this shampoo!"

The Swedish cancer fund decided to make a parody on the campaign. This time, a young girl was shown on the board. The metro arrived, and again the board makes interaction with the air. But only now the wig of the little girl came off and a message appears: everyday a child is diagnosed with cancer. This campaign litteraly blew the viewers away.

It's a rather shocking campaign, but this appears to be the only way to get the attention of people. The message is very powerful and the campaign certainly had the desired effect. It reached to the media and was/is shared on social media so the message also got further than only the underground stations of the Swedish capital. The travellers and also other viewers can choose to donate money to the fund. We can conclude that this is some very good work of visual communication.
