We crafted a sleek identity for this new Trammel Crow residential development to attract tenants.

We started with a sophisticated logo, which borrows from a rich, mid-century modern aesthetic inherent
in the interior of the property. From there, a brochure was created with upscale touches like a gold band,

metallic ink and embossed logo on the cover. It also includes a map of the area,

as well as a pocket to hold floor plans and a sitemap.
