Crossfit athletes are a breed of their own. They have an intensity and determination unlike anything I have witnessed. After multiple WODs (workout of the day), they continue with unaltered intensity, even as my crew is wrapping the shoot. They are true athletes or truly insane. Probably both. I have watched in disbelief as they push their bodies further then I ever thought possible. I am thankful to have been part of so many amazing projects.
