In 1979 I made the illustrations for this children book "De vis en de jongen" (The fish and the boy) written by Dolf Verroen. (a low-res version can be found on his website http://www.dolfverroen.nl )

The book was received with mixed feelings, either they loved it or they didn't. It's about a fish that goes fishing, catches a little boy, brings it home and the whole fish family has a happy meal. It's a horror story, but so are most fairy tales. I heard that many people loved it, it has not been reprinted, so I post it here.
