~~Autobiography~~
My name is Vincent George Murinigo. I currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah I currently attend the art institute for my associate’s degree in Baking and Pastry. I have been at the school for a year and a half now and should be graduating winter quarter with my Culinary Diploma, then going back to finish my baking and pastry program. I have previous experience in the management area of the fast food business. In the future, I want to become a general manager of a restaurant or even open up my own place so this course will help me begin my route really well. After this course I expect to know more about management and how to really take control in a positive way. Also having the management and supervision experience that one day if I open up my own company, I feel comfortable managing and really supervising my employees. I have always planned my life since High school and it’s really helpful because I want to strive for my dream and I feel like you need to have a plan for your dreams. I also feel like once I graduate culinary school, from my planning, I will be ready to go and start immediately what I am striving to do.
