I used Adobe Photoshop CS6's Lab mode to edit and add dynamic color to the design. The image is from America's Next Top Model Season 10.

This is the effect that I achieved after several curves adjustments where applied, as well as lighting and design fixes, and colour correction., Hope you enjoy the final effect.
