Half the world’s population – some 3.5 billion people – lacks adequate access to reliable electricity. The goal of the Advanced Energy for Life campaign is to increase awareness of "energy poverty" and improve access to reliable, low-cost electricity around the world.
Several illustration styles were presented and the approved hand-drawn style was recorded live using a time-lapse technique. Each data point was illustrated separately and later compiled in Adobe Premiere.
The Advanced Energy for Life website was designed as a hub to collect and house related and original content, generate awareness and build advocacy to drive the campaign strategy.
