A group project for Environmental Psychology.
Assignments: To identify problems in a selected area in Taylor's University and to propose solutions to the problems stated.
Sun Orientation.
Source of Noise.
Wind Direction.
Apart from identifying the aforementioned factors, we also interviewed the users of the space in order to further identify the general problems of the place.

Several arising issues:
1. Poor ventilation.
2. Little covering from the rain.
3. Puddles of water after rain on the walkway.
4. Unclear wayfinding signage.

After analysing the problems in regards to the environment and building construction, we came out with several solutions which we have demonstrated in the model.
Green wall as shown above which provides more shades without limiting too much natural lighting during daytime. It can also improve covering area from the rain.
Install drainage system to channel the water (if any) out of the building.
More visible wayfinding signages placed in more obvious location and using brighter colour.
The expected interior after suggested modifications.
