The Rainforest Foundation are at the forefront of tackling issues of deforestation and protecting the human rights of the indigenous people who live in the rainforest. For twenty-five years the organisation has successfully gievn the people of the rainforest a voice, teaching them about their rights and allowing them to defend themselves. The foundation felt that their current visual identity lacked the seriousness and integrity of their work.

At 999, we approached the rebrand with this in mind and looked to engage by placing the indigenous forest people at the heart of the story. Embracing some of the design development from the past two annual reports, we were given the task of rebranding the RFUK. We designed a comprehensive and detailed set of brand guidelines. Along with a new logo, colours and typeface, we completely overhauled the brand and gave them a clear personality and tone of voice.
