Project Goal:
Create a process in our In Vehicle Pick Up application allows users to request assistance and leave feedback at any point during the use of the application
Process:
We looked at the times in the application where people were experiencing the most errors and difficulties and how we can help users during those times. A flow chart of possibilities was walked through, and I created a working prototype to show how various changes would affect the flow.
The flow chart below is the "Ideal Path" that I would have wanted to go with the app. However we had to take into account budget, timing, and the quickest fix for these problems. The wires below show the solution we came up with for the time being.
Result:
We changed our "Error" states so that any time the app makes a mistake or there is an error in the process the user will be able to call for assistance.
