    Evvien Apartments were sent into receivership when the original developer ran out of funds during the first stage of build. Evvien Apartments were sent into receivership when the original developer ran out of funds during the first stage of build.
 
Studio B was engaged to come up with a strong brand presence for the “Red Hot Receivers’ Sale” marketing campaign - developed by Marketplace Communications - which focussed on the opportunity to pick up a property bargain.
 
The campaign launched on 1st November 2013 and within the first 8 weeks, 47 of the original 75 apartments had been sold or placed under contract desipte the existing weak property market of the time.
