Discover the habits and customs of a culture is the inevitable starting point for anyone wishing to come into contact with it. The world is a growing awareness that we must look to China in a different way, interpreting the icons that have for centuries told the story of this country. Thus was born the project "at Cha," a sober and elegant lounge, which gives the opportunity to experience a different way to the Chinese tradition of food and beverage. Proposals from a selection of typical dishes of the Chinese menu, where every recipe tells a different life style by region of origin, then moved to the review of street food-chic, that reflects the way in which the ordinary people living the city and finally the tea, a perfect drink, suitable for all hours and all seasons, thanks to modern techniques of infusion and creativity. This allows to transform an ancient ritual in an ideal drink to match in the table at mealtimes or as an ingredient in cooking. The tea infusion is also present in the base of the cocktail list. In addition, for the most refined palates, the Cha also offers champagne, wines, spirits and liqueurs from China.
