The Human Resources department in any company is important. The Exchange’s in particular is responsible for policies, hiring, development, recognition, training and so much more. With so many programs and initiatives going on throughout the year, we decided to brand and market the Human Resources department to create continuity in our communication and allow us to stand out. This included a logo, a standard email template and posters. Although our HR is divided into 3 areas, the logo illustrates that we are one team, working together. The most important and most seen part of this identity will be the email template as message releases are the main marketing tool we utilize. This template allows HR to effectively and efficiently communicate all of our programs with the entire workforce. In return, the template allows associates to consistently and easily identify who the email is from and what the email is about.
