MensCorpore is a cultural association aimed at promoting personal well-being (defined as physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) through training, information and sharing.

 

The idea was to describe the fact that mens - mind, is embodied (in corpore) so that mind and body are in a natural mutual relationship that can produce the fruits of wellbeing.
