Tales to change the word - ISTD Typographic Awards 2012

An old work of mine when I was still a student, a few years ago.
ISTD International Society of Typographic Designers
2012 Student Awards ___Tales to change the word - The Waitress by Jack Zipes

The idea was to create a book of  32 pages which will reflect the fairy-tale - The Waitress. Consequently, by taking into acount Marie’s story/problem with the chair, I use the invisible line of the problem as a diagonal line in my Grid. This line desticts Marie herself from her problem, as it does with every secondary story which is mentioned in the waitress text.

Inspirational___Quote

The quote which helped me with the implementation of the big typographic concept: the secret is to grow yourself so that you are bigger than your problems.
''Poor people will do almost anything to avoid problems. They see a challenge and they run...the secret to success, my friends, is not to try to avoid or get rid of or shrink from your problems; the secret is to grow yourself so that you are bigger than your problems.''
T. Harv Eker
