Every once and a while a client will let you take the reins of a project and allow you to experiment and push your creative boundaries. The McCabe’s seasonal menus are a part of an ongoing series of menu’s that I’m designing for McCabe’s Irish pub in Kitchener, Ontario. The direction has been out of the box and original with an array of colour pallets, balanced by a consistent composition.
