The "Hunter-Gatherer" Model

The big idea: Many search for it, few find it – and just a fraction of them implement it successfully. When enterprises search for innovation, the process becomes even more complex. Two professors from Stanford addressed this problem and found the solution in the Stone Age: Even our prehistoric ancestors were more efficient in achieving progress when they followed three simple rules that still apply today.

The Swiss insurance company "Die Mobiliar" asked us to visualize this »Hunter and Gatherer« method for training purposes in a short and entertaining way.
