Noé is an animal refuge center, the only one in Belgium caring for exotic animals as well as indigenous ones. The only income this refuge has is the money they receive from donations and from the entry fees, all the personnel are volunteers.
The targetted audience is mainly children as they are more sensitive to animals and caring for them. This explains the color scheme and the childish illustrations.
