The design assignment of housing complex "Zarechany" in s. Zarechany Zhytomyr region provides several stages of construction. First – this construction on a plot of 1.43 hectares five buildings economy class, but with a full-fledged organization internal infrastructure – parking lots, game, playgrounds for children and adults, areas for economic purposes, different.
At the heart of the complex is a five-story 1–residential building entrances with the following characteristics:
– One-bedroom apartments – 29;
– Two-bedroom apartments – 9;
– Area of apartments, living – 650.4 m2;
– Area of the premises, summer – 140.4 m2;
– Area of apartments, total – 1682.7 m2.
The basis of the structural layout of buildings laid monolithic reinforced concrete frame, exterior walls made of aerated concrete, brick partitions, facade Vented roof frame – metal, roofing rebated.
