In 1995 when Canada, USA and Mexico signed NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) I decided to Design, Create and Publish my very own Magazine called "Canada a Golden Opportunity". After securing my Magazines new office space, furnishing the multiple offices, installation of telephone systems and fax locations I decided to hire 17 University Students through the Ontario Youth Work Program. The magazine was intended to promote Canadian business in Mexico and did so very successfully. My publication was mass produced and distributed to Canadian Consulates in Monterrey, Mexico City and Guadalahara. Below are a few selected pages from my Magazine.
This is a Thank You letter from the Canadian Consulate in Monterrey, Mexico for the thousands of my "Canada a Golden Opportunity"Magazine I shipped for handout to Mexican Businessmen. Many of the companies that advertised in my Magazine received big business deals from Mexico.
