The Training System for Tesco employees. Blended Learning refers to the combining of various learning methods, techniques and tools in an interactive learning environment. Students have easy access to various learning tools, then further deepen their new knowledge with the supervision and support of trainers either in or out of a classroom environment. Blended Learning unites classroom trainings with intranet or internet based sessions. Three different training types which are heavily rely on each other.
