Process is a must, when You work with silk screen printing technique, there is always a big amount of time reserved to prepare designs, expose the screens and finally print.
The backstage of the process is always important to me - hand screen printed silks, layered with colours, painted and trimmed where placed on wood with the layers of soft foams to make them look as a cocoons.
The Idea was to create decorative PATTERNS - present them as SILKY COCOONS.
This images show my work in the studio where I create in daily basis and at the unique place - SH Studio Warsaw where the background wallpapers are also designed and hand screen printed by myself, as there are part of the bigger collection I designed for Red Poppy.
