Uk has a rising amount of international students, who make contribution to the economical improvement. This project aimed to enhance the shopping experience in Loughborough town centre for internatioanal students. It contained stages of discovering, defining and developing. There were some methods of service design and user experience design being used in the process, such as secondary research, stakeholder mapping, in-depth interview, affinity diagram, personas, service journey mapping, storyboards and business model canvas. A new touch point of the service was build, which is a mobile application. Through the new service, the “Love Loughborough” could build the brand image before the target customer arriving and maintain the channel to reach them. Besides, it can help international students understand their new context, especially issues around shopping, which is beneficial to business as well. Furthermore, academic organisations will benefit from the students’ positive reviews towards their overseas experience.
