Id, Ego and Super-ego

ESSA, IA E SUPER-IA

The title "Essa, Ia e Super-ia", inspired by the ideological theory "Id, Ego and Superego" of Freud regarding the various aspects that characterize the individual personality of people.

* The Id ( Essa ) is the impulsive and emotional side that beats within us. It's all what drives humans to satisfy their desires and from the point of view emotional, and sexual;

* The Ego ( Ia ) is the mediation instead of the id and the superego going to reconcile these two sides, in real life, thus tending daily to meet the drives and then censor them.

* Finally, the Super-ego ( Super-ia ), which is our rational side, which includes all the rules, and the complaints that we are taught from an early age.

My intention then was to represent this concept, a light-hearted, just as we shall see, a ballet doll that allegorically represent the three aspects of man. Initially you will only see two dolls dance, ego and the super-ego, which are the two personalities who walk (dance to) hand in hand, but present nonetheless scenes and positions that will postpone the profile of the id that will then manifest itself in continuing the video. Finally, the three names of the dolls have been changed for women, to create both an irony and is to be consistent with the representation of the video.
