Program

The building consists of two main masses separated by a rectangular breezeway cuts the building from east to west. The northern mass contains a living room, kitchen, and a bedroom. Whereas the southern mass contains the opera singer studio space. The S.A.B.E.R wall system placed along the breezways filters out humidity from the air that travels into the building. This optimizes conditions for the client, due to increased need for humidity in order to facilitate singing. A ramp surrounds the building from the east and north side for ADA accessibility
