A new self initiated project that involved Logo design & branding of the firm I called it Compass designs whose services include architectural,structural & civil drawings

So I began to sketch out the ideas i had in my head.
I remembered while attending school I did geometrical & engineering drawing as a subject, the most important tool of the trade was the compass which allowed you to draw, inscribe circles, angles & measure distances. I continued to sketch till I found out a solution to make this logo a reality

I finally came to a resolution, why not apply a polygon design,  compass & a font to make it into one cohesive unit. Now a polygon is bounded by a finite chain of straight line segments closing in a loop to form a closed circuit. I thought it meshed really well so the next process was going digital

Branding: As mentioned above Compass designs is a architectural firm that provides drawings in the realms of architecture so my task was how do I brand it? I applied my architectural background by creating drawings as a backdrop & placing in the letters with the polygons as if its being attached to whatever it sees before them to fully reinforce the statement of the firm.

Here I continue the process with the branding

A blueprint drawing done with the colors of the logo reinforcing the cohesiveness of the brand.
