System Interface Training
Objective: Develop a set of modules featuring rich interactivy that oriented the user to the new SCADA control system. Deployed across all US plants, the program was succesful in training operators how to use the new control system prior to being deployed in production facilities.
Developing OEM Distributors
Objective: Deliver a turnkey e-learning suite that was deployed to manufacturer's dealers and distributors, driving understanding and competency in selling techniques, field installation, and ordering processes.
Improving Customer Experience
Objective: Fix quality and consistency issues with high-turnover waitstaff at a chain of upscale restaurants. Created custom branching logic to deliver a single solution to train all front-of-house, kitchen, and supervisory staff.
