I was hired by Sylvia Bouboutou, the writer of the story to work on this comic book. She started a capoeira class in Shanghai, teaching the kids to play capoeira. The story begins with 3 kids living in a small town. Along with their adventure, the readers will learn the origin and music of capoeira. Both of us hope the book will make more kids be interested in capoeira. There are about 50 colored pages I drew, below are some from them.
