Perform Magazine
This is a project I did for the Van Abbemuseum.
After a lot of research, brainstorming, moodboards and sketches I came to the conclusion that the magazine had to be modern, fresh, typographic, with a lot of white space, make use of clear and strong images and contain renewing fixed page elements.

The finished design breathes out the atmosphere of the museum.
The page numbering was formed by using the shape of the wooden signposts that can be found everywhere in the museum. This way they not only guide you through the museum but also through the magazine.
