Customer Journey - Existing and Proposed
Exisiting Customer Journey
A customer would ultimately want to experience a company that provides a single, seamless journey across all touch points from initial inquiry right through to any required post sale support.
Proposed (Short-term) Customer Journey
We feel the ultimate journey for this NPO would be as follows.
Proposed (Long-term) Customer Journey
During the interview, Justin Foxton shared his vision of the brand – he plans to open an adoption agency. This agency would ensure that the adoption process would run a lot smoother, allowing more babies to be handed over to loving families in a much shorter time period. With this in mind, we propose the following journey for when the adoption agency is up and running.
Executions
The immediate, short-term “Fall in Love” campaign asks that people get to know the faces at The Baby House – whether it be Skip and Sheila, the carers, or the babies.
New proposed logo, which can be customised to each individual Baby House.
Visual identity to support the new logo.
Branded T-shirts that would be worn by The La Lucia Baby House staff at various events.
These T-shirts would also be for sale at these events.
