IHG is one of the world’s leading hotel companies, with more than 350,000 people working across almost 100 countries and nearly 5,300 hotels. I worked in the User Experience department and held the position of UX Designer and Lead Designer for the Americas group.

Above: This experimental project offer based hotel exploration and booking app all in one. This evolved into a live experience moving from paper and pencil, to proof of concept to full blown live site in just a matter of months. Developed internally at IHG this booking app paired Location, rates, partner deals and booking into a simple to use one page application. This experimental experience, pulled together existing internal technologies within IHG framework that were identified as underutilize. The goal was to allow IHG Rewards members to explore destinations, deals and hotel availability, presented in the app based on their individual travel profile and history.
