I woke up on September 15th knowing that this was the start of small business week in Greenville, SC. What that meant for many small businesses around the upstate is that they would be celebrated and promoted and pushed into the public eye by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce. What it meant specifically for me was about 16 shoots in two and a half days, plus an edited video to be show by lunch on Friday. Can I just say, I love tight turnarounds and heavy workloads. Jobs like this stretch you, make you wonder for a moment or two if you've bitten off more than you can chew, and when it comes together the feeling of triumph (and exhaustion) is absolutely exhilarating. I hope to get more and more jobs that push me in a similar way..... after I've gotten a chance to catch up on all the sleep I missed.
