The frog is an environmental indicator of the animal kingdom.
Amphibians unique ability to breathe directly through its skin have become highly sensitive to changes in the environment due to pollution and habitat loss.
Golden Frog Statistics:
- Extinct in the wild due to rampant and fatal chytrid fungus.
- Chytrid has the potential to kill off 90% of a frog population in a one month period.
- The Golden Frog acts as a predator for small insects such as the Malaria carrying mosquito. Without the Golden Frog remaining in the wild, an infectious disease, such as Malaria, has the potential of spreading rampantly.
- The Golden Frog is also a main source of food for larger jungle animals such as the native birds. Without the frog many native species will begin to leave their native habitat’s to find an environment favorable for feeding.

Site concept: Directly implement the anatomic ratio of the golden frogs feet upon the mountainous terrain as the site plan.
The arrangment of shapes represents buildings and spaces that initiated from the frogs hand anatomy and ratio.
