In 2024, a year after the repeal of the foreign agents law, the Georgian government decided to reintroduce it. Despite daily protests that have been going on every day for more than a month, this law was adopted in three readings. Mostly the protests are peaceful, but sometimes the police act very harshly. Sometimes protesters peacefully use signs and slogans to convey to the police that they are not on the right side. Georgians choose the European path, not the totalitarian Russian one.
