Concept :When it comes to housing in the La Libertad area, the idea is not just to focus on high-tech homes or luxury lifestyles. We want to show La Libertad and the entire coastal area as a world leader in innovative and ecological architecture; offering open spaces capable of mitigating the heat.
Our vision is to create buildings that are functional and have beautiful aesthetics on all levels; accentuate the very distinctive tangible and intangible legacy of the buildings of yesteryear that were extremely conscious of their context and built environment and even their ability to build with traditional yet creative construction techniques, a legacy that is capable of inspiring people from all over the world. world. To achieve this vision, we looked to our past for inspiration while adopting new technologies by using rammed earth with recycled concrete aggregates as construction material for garden paths, stones found on site were also used to place them on the facade main residence.
We can reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact. It can be easily transported and assembled on site, reducing construction time and costs.
