The main purpose of the campaign is to emphasize the importance of being customer-focused and taking initiatives to deliver right service at the right time. This film, based on a true customer experience, emphasizes the fact that customer satisfaction sometimes might be as important as a matter of life and death. The film's storyline follows a young man, during a blackout, trying to find a generator for his mother within the duration of her respirator's battery life. Metro employees prepared and tested a generator until the young man's arrival.
