Les nouvelles caves du @domaine_de_villaine, vignerons bourguignons en bio-dynamique à #Bouzeron. Baraude architecture (#Givry) à conçu un nouveau bâtiment technique au coeur du village et une cave aux proportions très harmonieuses. Le domaine souhaitaient qu'elle soit voutée et bien soit ! L'architecte a conçu des voutes en éléments de bétons, fabriquées à distance et assemblées sur site. Un éclairage indirecte et des murs en briques vieillies confèrent au lieu tout neuf une atmosphère chaleureuse. Très belle réalisation née d'un dialogue entre un vigneron passionné et son architecte.

The new cellars of @domaine_de_villaine, Burgundy winemakers practicing biodynamic agriculture in #Bouzeron. Baraude architecture (#Givry) designed a new technical building in the heart of the village and a cellar with very harmonious proportions. The domain wanted it to be vaulted and so it is! The architect designed vaults made of concrete elements, manufactured remotely and assembled on site. Indirect lighting and aged brick walls give the brand-new place a warm atmosphere. A very beautiful achievement born from a dialogue between a passionate winemaker and his architect.
