A Contemporary Design Penthouse in The Heart of Singapore
This is one of our design and build project, located at The Trillium, Singapore.

Project background: Our client is an entrepreneur that runs own company for the past 20 years and also a fitness enthusiast that would like to have a home gym for convenience of the family.
Project highlight: Use of monochromatic color palette paint for each area to create different mood and aesthetic. Selected high quality finishing and decorations as well as premium laminate range for all the built-in cabinetry.
Construction to delivery time: 2 months

Beginning of Design Stage
In this design, we focused on creating harmony, comfort, warmth and welcoming home as the client's needs. Colors from nature always bring people a cozy and gentle mood, they seem to be telling the traces of time, peaceful and humble.
Therefore, we had applied a few different tones of light brown on the floor, wall and furniture. The combination of white and a few different tones of light brown would bring a warmer atmosphere to the surrounding area.
The living area reflects a modern, minimalist approach with an emphasis on comfort and subtle sophistication. There's a strong presence of natural light coming through the large windows, which brightens the space and create a relaxing environment.
The space uses a soft, neutral palette that lends an air of tranquility and openness. The pale tones of the sofa and walls are grounded by the darker wood of the dining table and chairs, creating a balanced aesthetic.
The dining area color scheme is neutral, with beige wall which creates a serene and open atmosphere. The dining table and chairs exhibit clean lines and a dark finish, gives them a sleek, modern look, reminiscent of mid-century modern design.
With the pendants lights above the dining table further adds visual interest. The design elements work together to create a harmonious and inviting dining area, with a mix of modern and mid-century influences, emphasizes a modern preference for simplicity and clean space.
The kitchen exudes a modern and sleek design aesthetic. It features a monochromatic color scheme with light taupe cabinetry that offers a warm neutral palette, which is accentuated by a dark countertop and backsplash. This contrast creates a visually striking effect, while also maintaining a sense of understated elegance.
The flat-panel cabinet doors and drawers reinforce minimalism, and the use of handle-less designs gives it a touch of modern sophistication that contribute to a streamlined look. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher integrated seamlessly into the cabinetry, further emphasizing the sleek and uncluttered look.
The space is well-lit by natural light coming from the large window, making the space feel more open and connected to the outdoors while allowing for ventilation which is crucial in a kitchen. The inclusion of a small breakfast bar area with seating suggests a multipurpose space, provides additional seating and suitable for casual dining area or socializing while cooking.
The master lounge (working area) within the master bedroom is designated to blend seamlessly with the rest of the room, maintaining a cohesive look that is both stylish and functional. The color scheme is neutral, with white cabinetry and a light wood toned desk surface, which complements the warmth of the wooden flooring.
The built-in cabinetry provides ample storage for work-related materials, helping to keep the workspace tidy and organized. The floating desk design adds to the modern aesthetic and makes the space feel more open. It is positioned next to a window, offering natural light for work during the day, which is both energy-efficient and beneficial for well-being.
The master bedroom follows a modern, minimalist design aesthetic. The color scheme is neutral with various shades of gray and white, contributing to a serene and calming atmosphere. The use of clean lines and uncluttered surfaces emphasizes a sense of order and spaciousness.
The bed is centrally positioned with convenient bedside tables and lamps, indicating a focus on comfort and practicality. The large, flat-paneled closet doors are sleek and modern, seamlessly blends with the walls to maintain a clean aesthetic.
The lighting are strategically placed for ambiance as well as function, with a pendant light on one side and a discreet wall-mounted lamp on the other.
The gym room has a modern and utilitarian design. The color scheme is neutral, with dark gray wall that help to minimize distractions and create a focused environment.
The space is compact yet appears to be efficiently organized to maximize the available area for exercise equipment and movement.
