El restaurante bar Molino Viejo es un negocio muy bien establecido en un punto estratégico y privilegiado de la bahía de San Quintín, Baja California. Es un lugar muy rico en historia debido a todos los antecedentes que le preceden, desde que fue el Molino de la colonia inglesa de San Quintín hasta su época como empacadora de sardinas antes de convertirse en el restaurante actual, que fue comprado por Grupo Los Pinos.
Al analizar la marca se detectó que el concepto y la identidad del lugar es muy clara, congruente con los elementos de diseño ya existentes, tales como los elementos de madera, y el mar, lo antiguo y lo vintage. El rediseño de esta marca se centra en las áreas de oportunidad que se pueden hallar en la identidad de marca actual, adaptándola a nuevos entornos digitales, y destacar elementos que la hagan ver como un ambiente familiar. The restaurant bar Molino Viejo is a well-established business in a strategic and privileged location in the San Quintín Bay, Baja California. It is a place rich in history due to all the background that precedes it, from being the Mill of the English colony of San Quintín to its time as a sardine packing plant before becoming the current restaurant, which was purchased by Grupo Los Pinos. Upon analyzing the brand, it was found that the concept and identity of the place are very clear, consistent with existing design elements, such as wooden elements, the sea, the old, and the vintage. The redesign of this brand focuses on the areas of opportunity that can be found in the current brand identity, adapting it to new digital environments, and highlighting elements that make it look like a family-friendly environment.
