12 month targeted campaign to increase lettings at the Fort Dunlop Birmingham, including newsletters and advertisements.After the campaign had ended lettings were 2 years ahead of schedule. Figures resulted in the building letting more space in the whole of Birmingham in a year compared to every other building in the city let combined.These also won a CMA award for Direct Marketing. Result.
