Designing with Letters/Glyphs Project 01

For ART230 students were asked to build a project of two typographic compositions with specific specifications and principles of design.

When beginning we were assigned two specific fonts which were Neue Haas Grotesque Bold for the Sans-Serif-- and Stemple Garamond Roman for the Serif font. Each design had to contain five to eight different glyphs and none of them were to be punctuation. From there we created 3 designs for the two fonts and selected one deisgn from the three to create 10 new variations of the orginial choice. With the help of peers we narrow down to the final composition which is seen above of my representation of the two font styles.
