Kakheli farmer Giorgi Makharashvili will go to the front to visit his wounded son, when he reaches the place, his son will not be in the hospital anymore - the recovered Goderdzi has returned to his unit. Giorgi follows his son's footsteps and finds himself on the front line. The soldier's father will convince the military leadership that he will not be inferior to the youth. He demands to stay in the part and will reach the border of Germany with a fight. At the end of the war, Giorgi will find his son, but Goderdzi will die in front of his father in a heavy battle.
